The information in this booklet summarizes the main features of the UFCW Union Pension Plan (the Plan) for eligible members of the Tober Enterprise Division. It does not create nor confer any rights to benefits. Not every detail can be contained in a summary such as this. In the event of any discrepancy or misunderstanding, benefits will be determined and paid according to the official Plan documents and the applicable legislation.
The glossary at the back is provided to help you understand the pension terms used in this booklet.
In addition to this booklet, you will receive an annual statement from the Plan Administrator detailing your benefit entitlements under the Plan. You should keep these statements for your own records.
